Art Study Tours undertakes to provide intensive tuition only for the duration of the tour in return for the tuition fee.
The fee does not include travel, accommodation or entrance fees.
Art Study Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary, at short notice if necessary, owing to local conditions.
Should you be forced to cancel your attendance at any of the tours an administration charge of £30 will be deducted from your fee.
Art Study Tours accepts no responsibility for any accident/injury/lostluggage for the duration of the tour.
You must ensure that you have adequate insurance cover whilst you are away. You will be asked to provide details.
You must also obtain and complete a European Health Insurance Card, which entitles you to medical treatment within the EU.
